Duck


This dish is not only a great wintry dish, but it is also a known national dish.

Ingredients for 4 people

Prepare the duck by washing it, inside and out. Sprinkle on garlic, chopped up fennel, salt and a little pepper. In the inside of the carcass, introduce a slice of pancetta in relevant quantities. In the kitchen, you will need a lot of good sense and good eyesight! Basically, you cannot be expected to cook duck without a recipe. Therefore, marinade the duck in olive oil before putting it in the oven and leave it in there until it is cooked.
